Our walk through was today!!! Our house looks great!! We are so excited! We officially move in on the 28th, although we close on the 23rd! Here is the virtual tour.
Thats pretty exciting! I like the floor too! Our light colored counter tops & floor can stain so easily, so darker should be great! Is there a small cement patio? Or do you plan on laying some cement in the backyard in the future? Its so nice your master ceiling is raised for the fan. Looks like you'll have room for a little bassinet by the bedside soon!
No, they aren't blue. I thought the video made them look that way too, but wasn't sure... they are black and gray speckles, tiny speckles, mostly black. We didn't want solid black because it would show scratches and stuff too easy. And the only patio in back right now is a tiny 3X4 cement block right outside the door. Brent plans on putting in a flagstone patio someday, hopefully sooner rather then later, depending on our budget of course! I'd like to get our food storage and emergency stuff all set up before we do that!
