Time is going SO SLOW!!!

Today was a fun day. We went down to the house to measure the windows and the whole house is done except for paint touch up and the installation of our appliances, which is why I didn't take pictures. To get the full effect of how awesome our kitchen is, I'll have to take pictures with all our awesome black appliances in it. Anyway, we just got so excited we couldn't handle it. Mariska is now excited since she finally seems to get that it'll be a house with carpet and everything... we showed her how to make proper use of a big empty carpeted room and spent several minutes all rolling from one side to the other. She had a grand ol' time. We're also so excited about all our windows! We aren't going to have to turn a single light on in the house all day. It's so bright!
Then we headed up to our Lowes... way better then Home Depot. We're big Lowes fans, and we purchased our refrigerator!! It is a killer fridge. It's a black side by side with the ice/water dispenser on the door, complete with child lock so Mariska can't make a neat waterfall while I'm not looking. It also has just inside the door, digital temperature display settings and the fridge and freezer are both independently cooled, which I like. It's also nifty because it comes with a "door ajar alarm", so there will be no more waking up to half thawed food because we accidentally left the door open a crack. We're not sure if we'll quite get it delivered in time for our move in, they had to special order it and it might take a bit longer to get it to the house, but we're hoping to have a fridge on the day we move in!
We are so excited, can you tell?! We also had an appointment for the baby yesterday. At first it was a little scary because she couldn't find the heartbeat with the little doppler devise... but we tried not to worry, thanks to our blessings, while we waited for the ultrasound lady to come get us. Low and behold right when the ultrasound popped up there was a perfect little wiggly person. I was glad Brent finally got the chance to see it, this was his first appointment with me. It's still too early to determine the baby's gender, but from head to bum it's just about exactly 3 inches now. I'm so anxious to find out what it is!!!! Yet just another way time is CRAWLING for me!!
