#$@&%!!!

Okay, so absolutely no high speed internet for us. The installer just left letting us know that they don't have cable/internet lines on our part of the neighborhood. Our neighborhood consists of two parts.... Country Meadows Phase 1 and Country Meadows Phase 2... they are separated down the middle by a long road called Bessie Colleman Blvd. Apparently they don't have the lines on our side (phase 2) of Bessie Colleman. So we're dissapointed. But, even though this was the best high speed deal we could find, it was also still a bit more then we should pay, we were just eager and impulsive to get better internet. When we really sit and think about it, it's more of a blessing then anything that it didn't work out, especially with the costs of having another baby. So, it's just dial up for a while longer. But Brent will have high speed at work and I can do some good blogging there on the days I have to take him/pick him up... in the meantime, here are some pictures of Mariska working hard in the yard. Or not... I did a bunch of laundry while they loaded, but then it just froze. Sorry, I guess pictures will just have to wait until Brent starts teaching again.

I hear ya! It took us 9 years to finally take the $$$$ dive and get high speed!
Was your Fourth of July good?

oh yeah, we broke in Brent's new grill with some cheap steaks and corn on the cob... and they were in the distance but we watch fireworks from our front porch!

Bessie, huh? What an elegant name for a road.

Where's Brent working right now?

In our yard. He was going to try and do temp stuff but there's been too much to do for the yard and house. I should put up pictures of the shelves he's made for our laundry room! They look so good. He goes back to teaching in mid August.

Oh frustration about the internet! Mmmmm corn on the cob. I'd love to install book shelves for Nathan. How nice & convenient for the laundry room though. Hope you can get settled in & comfy cozy soon. Good Luck!
