no real title
So, we had our preconstruction meeting... our house actually won't be finished until about mid July, depending on the weather. This is fine with us, because our last month of renting this place is July, so our rent here won't go to waste, AND since we'll move in during July then our first mortgage payment won't start until September, and we'll have August OFF! So staying here a couple more weeks is a pretty big blessing financially. And then after we had our meeting we went to the Waxahachie Dollar Tree, which happens to be the nicest and biggest dollar store I've ever seen! We let Mariska pick a toy, for being so good in our meeting. She picked a bat and a ball and we let her sleep with it, and she was too cute to not take pictures!

our meeting was with the contractor and he was basically filling us in on the building process, the materials and such. Just so we can know what's going on and when. We got a checklist so we can see the progress and how much more there is to do!
She looks so peaceful all sprawled out. I LOVE big dollar stores. The best one around here I think is in Provo called "Honks Dollar Store".
I have a ton of cool & convenient idea's on my "dream home" if ya want me to share? I know there's always a budget though. One idea that is in the "convenient category is this:
~At least ONE Outlet Plug placed UP HIGH right next to the Light Switch.
I know it sounds weird at first, but hey if it can be installed while their doing the light switch why not? I'd use it for plugging a Night Light in where babies couldn't reach it! Then you wouldn't have to keep plugging it in during the night & unplugging it in the day only to plug it up again with an Baby Proof Outlet Cover. Just have an outlet up high! Get the drift? Anyway I hope ya don't mind the long comment again.
Oh p.s. back....I'm due in September! I don't like to post the official DAY on the internet considering all the physic o's that could view my page. You know all the "womb snatching" phyco's performing their own c-sections to steal babies?!...I'm a little paranoid, but hey I just watch the news too much I guess.
But I will be e-mailing everyone soon with the Gender announcement & updated due date!
Hahaha! "Honk's Dollar Store." If I was going to open a dollar store, that's what I'd want it to be called.
